Incognito
Performance by Inger-Reidun Olsen
Performed September 26th 2014, 7pm. at NOosphere Arts, NYC. Curated by Sol Kjøk.
The performance is influenced by iRo´s 12-days residency in NYC. She is intrigued with how various places and spaces affect both herself as a person and her artistic choices. Over the past years, she has explored how to express different states through bodily interaction with sites, materials and objects. She says: "Sometimes, it feels as though the materials/objects are extensions of myself and of my body. At other times, they enter into negotiations with my body and the space I inhabit."
